Find your API, connect your account, and make your first request.
Choose your API
Your API hostname and key depend on the A1ROUTES product you use.
| Product | Hostname | API key |
|---|---|---|
| Number Lookup | control.a1routes.com | Main SIP account key |
| BusinessPhoneSystem (A1PBX) | Your assigned {accountid}.a1routes.com | Assigned A1PBX key |
| Messaging | Coming soon | To be announced |
Make your first request
Start with Number Lookup or the BusinessPhoneSystem quickstart. Keep keys in your server environment and substitute placeholders locally.
Use your assigned hostname
A1PBX accounts have individual hostnames. The account identifier may be numeric or a company name, such as acme.a1routes.com. Preserve it exactly as assigned, including any leading zeros. The documentation domain is not an API server.
Request access
Contact A1ROUTES support with your account identifier and the operations your integration needs. Never send your API key in an email or support screenshot.
Before production
Confirm the enabled API version, permitted operations, and response format for your account. A1PBX examples describe the /app/api/7 interface; availability can vary by installation.
